1. Introduction

USC 90178-4 Silicon   free   screen   white is a   100% solid content of rotating screen   printing ink, suitable for PP, PE, PET   and other materials printing, especially in the above transparent materials have a strong covering force, in order to obtain a satisfactory printing effect, please test the printed substrate and the super color ink ink before use.

2. Product properties

3. Printing notes

Ink used to fully stir, printing speed should not exceed 60 meters / points, the ink does not contain silicon, when using pay attention not to be other ink, pollution, use other ink to carefully clean web, glue scraping, glue scraping handle, if the ink pump, then to thoroughly clean the delivery system or update the delivery hose.

4. Diluent

This product has no solvent, generally does not use diluent, if particularly necessary, please add our special diluent, the amount does not exceed 3%.

5. Mesh

Generally, the 305 mesh screen version with an opening rate of 11% -13% is used

6.Squeegee

Using a Shaw hardness of 85, polyurethane (PU) scraper

7.Screen Plate

Using special gold-plated nickel net version, using SPG or Gallus and other original manufacturers are better.

9.Screen Plate cleaning

Clean it with a special net plate cleaning agent

11.Curing

Each inch to at least 200W of power, generally 10 inches maximum configuration of 6KW UV lights.

12.Matters needing attention

Avoid direct contact with ink and skin and clothes. If contact, wash the contact area with warm soapy water; if eye contact, rinse with water for 15 minutes, and then go to the hospital. Please refer to the material safety data sheet.

13.Shelf life

The shelf life of UV screen whitening is at least 12 months, here 12 months refers to the production date (it can be seen in the label batch number). In order to ensure the shelf life, it is recommended to keep the warehouse temperature 15-20℃ (60-70 °F ) by the following method, and extend the shelf life at 10-15℃ (50-60°F),   to avoid   exposure   to sunlight,   if possible,   in   a dark room.
